All Levels Chair Yoga Class

This chair yoga class guides you through a full practice that will leave you feeling wonderful!  You can stay seated throughout the practice, or you can do some standing postures using the chair for support.

Mat Pilates for All Levels

This short and sweet routine is an introduction to the mindful and strong movements of mat-based Pilates.  Working primarily the muscles in your torso, you'll literally get stronger from the inside out.  Be sure to move in a slow and controlled manner, breathe as you move, and rest when your body needs to.
